OpenTable unveils Guest Centre, its next generation cloud-based hospitality solution

Guest Centre is the Company’s next generation, cloud-based hospitality solution designed to help restaurants deepen their relationships with their guests and provide great dining experiences.
Currently available as an iPad app, Guest Centre delivers an elegant and intuitive hospitality solution designed to help restaurateurs optimise service and benefit from data-driven insights to enhance their operations and marketing.
Guest Centre has been developed from the ground up to deliver a smooth and seamless experience for restaurant staff. The unique technical architecture of Guest Centre provides unparalleled reliability as well as the rapid delivery of new feature releases and upgrades. Guest Centre was thoughtfully designed to offer a great user experience optimised for the tablet form factor. With Guest Centre, restaurant staff may quickly add guests to a waitlist, seat walk-ins, log phone reservations and manage seating floor plans with a few taps to the iPad app.
